I was reviewing this Blog Title and realized I hadn’t made reference to where the Message could be found for Reader’s further study and investigation. The Message appears in: “The Gospel of God’s Love” Book One, The Padgett Messages, on page 49. The book can be purchased through Amazon.com.

“God is Soul and Soul is God. Not the soul that is in human beings, but the Soul that is Deity and Self-Existent, and Whose Entity is the great fact of the Universe of Being. There is only One God, and that is the Creator, or Heavenly Father. God alone is to be worshipped, for he alone can save mortals from the results of their sins and transgressions.

“God is Soul, and that Soul is a thing of Substance with a Nature Divine, and is the Seat and Fountainhead of all the great Attributes that belong to Him, such as Love, Power, Mercy and Omniscience. While Mind is God, God is not Mind; God is Spirit, but Spirit is not God. Mind and Spirit are Attributes of God, beyond and back of those is the Real God – the Personality and that is Soul, from which emanates all of these Attributes and manifestations which humans in the flesh, and in spirit, may be conscious of.

“God’s Attributes are for the welfare of His creatures; He is a thinking and seeing God, using all His Energies to make human beings, His beloved children, better and happier. These children, when they have developed their souls in Divine Love, will know that God is a Personal Overseer, Whom they can turn to for help and Love, guidance and protection.

“While God created humans prerfect, yet He bestowed upon them the great power of free will, and when they exercised it in a way which violated the laws, sin and error resulted – this made humans the creators of evil. Humans do not live, move and have their being in God. He is in the Highest Heavens and His governing laws make His existence known by Spiritual Energies which are all powerful and have no limitation of their scope.

“God can only be seen by the perceptions of a soul which has been transformed into a divine angel. The created soul of a human has its form, the image of God, which is the soul. There is nothing in human knowledge which can be compared to the soul.” To be continued…

Excerpts in a message received by James Padgett, on August 30, 1915, from The Gospel of God’s Love.

“I am the first mother of the human race and want you to know that before Aman and myself, no human beings ever existed. Our souls both incarnated into our physical bodies at the same time, and we were ready to live our lives as natural human beings. Whatever gradual evolution occurred in the creation of our physical bodies, prior to the time of our incarnation, we did not witness, so cannot describe.

“When my soul incarnated, I was as perfect in my physical organism as I ever was afterward, or as any man or woman ever became from that time into the present. In fact, I believe that at that time we were more perfect than humankind is today, because we had no physical ailments, no sickness, no deformity of any kind. We certainly were more beautiful in face and form than humankind has been for many centuries and our bodies lived for many years longer.

“Before our fall we were happy in our conjugal love and knew not trouble or worries of any kind, and we never had anything to make us afraid or draw us apart from each other or from God. Then, because of our ideas of our greatness and power, and wanting to be independent from God, we gave in to temptation and fell; we were never again restored to the position that was ours in the beginning of our lives on earth.

“I was as much to blame as was Aman, but I did not entice him into the ambition to become immortal; we had the same ambition and we discussed the matter of making the effort between us, and acted as one in trying to obtain this goal. (Immortality is achieved by praying for God’s Gift of Grace, Divine Love, with earnest soul longingns, over an extended period of time.)

“All this is past. Many thousands of centuries passed from the time we forfeited the Gift of Divine Love, until it was restored and made known to humanity by Jesus, who, upon becoming a part of the Father’s Divine Nature, partook of the quality of Immortality. And those who follow his teachings and receive the New Birth, will become Divine and Immortal also.

“I will say goodnight. Your sister, Amon”

You, too, can receive God’s Gift of Love through prolonged and heartfelt prayers. Amen

Excerpts from a message in The Gospel of God’s Love, page 96:

“You don’t believe me, I can see, but I am whom I say, and want to tell you that I am now a follower of Jesus and a lover of God, and live in the Celestial Heavens far up near where the Master lives. I know it is hard for humans to believe that I am the father of all physical mankind and that I can come and communicate with mortals, but Jesus has rendered this possible in his opening the way for the higher spirits to communicate through you.

“I and my soulmate lived in a paradise which God had given us, and were very happy until the great fall. We were so filled with the thoughts that we were all-powerful and all-wise that we concluded that the obedience which God required of us was not necessary for us to observe, and that if we only exerted our powers we would be as great as God is, and would be able to obtain that immortality which He possessed. But alas the day, we were mere creatures, although wonderful and beautiful, and we soon realized that fact.

“The disobedience was in not waiting for God to bestow upon us the great Divine Love that would make us like Him in Substance as well as image. We disobeyed Him in that we tried to make ourselves believe we were as He was, and that we need not submit further to His will. We tried to make this belief a thing of reality and in our vanity tried to appear as gods; but as soon as we did this the scales dropped from our eyes, and we saw how naked and impotent we were.

“God did not drive us from our paradise, but the inxorable laws of our creation and the workings of His will showed us that no longer could we expect the Divine Love which He said would make us Divine. As we became more disconnected from our souls and their spiritual powers, we became subject to all the temptations of natural humans, and had to work to satisfy these appetites. We continued to live in the same place, but no more could be satisfied with spiritual food. We became as mortals now are; we were compelled to till the soil to supply our physical wants.”

“Your brother in Christ, Aman”

Excerpts from a message by Luke of the Bible, with reference to the necessity for humans to turn their thoughts to things spiritual, letting the material things of life consume less of their time and energy.

“That which is eternal is of more importance than that which is temporal, even though these things are necessary to sustain humans while living on earth. It is not only a privilege but a duty for humankind to make the best use of material gifts, which have been provided for comfort and happiness. To do this, I understand a portion of ones thoughts and time must be devoted to the consideration of how to achieve the best results.

“But these things do not help the soul development or even the development of spiritual qualities. If humans continue devoting the greater portion of their time pursuing material acqusitions, when they come to lay their burdens down and pass into the land of spirits, they will find that they are very poor indeed – that the eternal part of their being has little development and their soul is fitted for a place where those who have laid up their riches on earth must necessarily go.

“So attractive is the accumulation of money and success, some devote their whole life to these efforts and as a consequence, very little of their short time on earth is given to striving for things of a higher kind. If mortals could only see and know the condition of the spirits who were engaged in similar pursuits while on earth, they would realize the utter futility of such efforts and the soul-deadening harm that this so-called success on earth has brought to these spirits.

“The law works the same on people who neglect their spiritual nature as upon those who are indifferent. In both cases the result is the same; the soul remains stagnant and the spiritual qualities lie dormant. Life is short and time is fleeting; even though one may live a long life, there is no place in God’s universe where it is so important for people to start on their way to eternal progress as in their earth life.

“Let not human beings devote so much of their time on earthly things; thoughts are things, and when applied to their spiritual development, they are things of the most vital importance. “Where your treasures are, there will be your heart also.” Amen

Exerpts from, The Gospel of God’s Love, The Padgett Messages, page 100.

“The two persons called our first parents became incarnated at the same time, and not one out of the rib of the other. Therefore the man and the woman are equal in their dignity and in the relationship which they bear to God. One was created stronger, physically, and also was given a stronger menatlity, for the workings of the reasoning  powers. And the other, while weaker in these particulars, yet was given more of the spiritual and emotional nature, and also an intuition by which she could understand the existance of things just as accurately– and more quickly– than could the man by the exercise of his reasoning power.

“One was just as the other as respects the gifts bestowed, and together they were the perfect pair. Power and love were theirs, and neither was made the superior of the other; had it not been for their fall there never would have been the subjection of the female to the male. After their disobedience and consequent fall, the qualities of the spiritual left them to a large extent, and the animal qualities asserted themselves; then the male felt his superiority by reason that he possessed a greater amount of these animal qualities, and the female became subordinated, and continued to be ever afterwards. For the male, not having these spiritual qualities to the extent that his mate possessed them, believed that the physical was the superior quality and he asserted this superiority.

“As humans degenerated, this domination by the male intensified, until man found the lowest place of his degeneracy. When the turning point came, the qualities of the woman began to be recognized, but very slowly, and for many thousands of years this inequality continued. As humans evolved from this low condition, the moral qualities came more into their consciousness, and the animal nature became less dominate, the conditoion of the female commenced to improve.

“When human beings shall return to their former state of purity and harmony with the laws of God, the spiritual qualities will assert themselves, the animal nature will become subordinated, and women will stand before God and man as the latter’s equal, and in these soul qualities his superior, which existed in the beginning only in order that what was lacking in the man was supplied by the woman, and the perfect pair was one.” Amen

I’ve been reading some discussions about how to pray to receive the Gift of God’s transforming Love. It’s an important topic and one which doesn’t have a clear answer because it’s dependant upon the desires and intentions of each and every individual. Everyone is responsible for their own thoughts and choices; by these, we decide our direction in life. Following charismatic leaders might help, if they teach humility, and the importance of daily prayers and disciplines.

Specific words are not necessary in order to elicit a response from God, for he knows our thoughts and intentions before we begin our prayer. A special part of a person’s prayer intention is their attitude; are you grateful for your blessings? Are you humble and helpful to others? Humility is the touchstone for an entrance into the Celestial Heavens. No one will enter these Higher Heavens unless they have Divine Love in their soul.

It seems that some people are not aware that they have control over their thoughts and choices. However, we can decide to accept something or reject it; we can choose to let love and harmony dwell in our heart by exercising our will in that direction. The many people in the world who have received God’s great Gift of Grace, without knowing it’s an innate part of their soul’s potential, are the ones who want to give their love and develop their spiritual qualities.

God’s laws work unfailingly in the lives of all beloved souls; even in the lives of those who don’t believe there is a God. Some people believe they have “everything under control,” and they have the privilege to accept that as being true. All God’s beloved children “Reap what they sow”. In order to activate your soul’s innate potential to receive God’s Grace, you need to let God know that you want to receive it: Ask with a humble heart. Desire to do God’s will in your life. If you pray to be blessed by the Holy Spirit, you will receive an inflowing of Divine Love, for that is the sole purpose of that Special Agency.

Transformation of soul quality, from natural to Divine, can begin early in earth life, when one chooses to develop their spiritual nature by becoming a sincerely loving person. Everyone gets to decide whether or not they want to embark upon this Divine Pathway. Prayer for God’s Love is the Way to develop our Divine Potential. Try it and find out for yourself. Amen

From a message by Jesus, in The Gospel of God’s Love:

“I desire to write about the condition of those who think they have received the inflowing or “baptism” of the Holy Spirit, when in fact they have received only that advancement in the purification of their natural love, and in their harmony with the laws of their creation, that causes them to believe that what they are experiencing must be the result of the workings of the Holy Spirit. In this mistaken assumption many humans indulge; for in the happiness which their experience brings them, they fully believe that the Holy Spirit has taken possession of their souls and caused the happiness. But in thus concluding, they may be deceiving themselves; and when they come to an awakening in the spirit life, they may discover their mistake.

“The Holy Spirit is that part of God’s spirit that manifests His presence and care in conveying to human souls His Divine Love. This Love is the highest and greatest and most holy of His possessions and thus is conveyed to His children by the Holy Spirit. This appellation is used in contradistinction to the “spirit” of God which demonstrates the operation of God’s soul in other directions and for different purposes. His creative spirit and caring spirit, and the spirit that makes effective His laws and designs in governing the universe, are not the Holy Spirit, though equally part of God’s soul and equally necessary for the manifestation of His powers and of the exercise of the energies of His Soul.

“As mentioned in the New Testament, when the Holy Spirit was bestowed upon my disciples at Pentecost, it came “as with the sound of a mighty rushing wind” that shook the room in which the disciples were assembled and filled them with its powers – which means only that this Divine Love came into their souls in such abundance that they were shaken in their souls to the extent that they “felt” that the building was disturbed. But in this they were mistaken, for the effect of the Holy Spirit does not affect things of an inanimate nature, but is confined to human souls. And so, whenever the Holy Spirit is spoken of, it should mean only that part of God’s spirit which transforms the souls of humans into the Substance of the Soul of God in His quality of Love.” Amen.

From Revelation 7, by Jesus. “The Kingdom of God is within you,” as appears in Luke, Chapter XVII, verse 20-21, has led to an entirely false understanding of what I meant to convey. The fact is that certain spokesmen for the Pharisees asked me when the Kingdom of God would come, and my answer was that it had already come, for wherever I went I brought with me the Kingdom. That is the meaning of the verse, “…when he was demanded of the Pharasees, when the Kingdom of God should come, he answered them saying, the Kingdom of God cometh not with observation – meaning as a visible manifestation, for beholding the Kingdom does not comes through the eyes of mortal man, …behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.”

“The Greek word “entos”, however , does not mean “within you”, but “in the midst of”. The incorrect translation arose from the fact that the translator sought to write not what the Greek word actually meant, but what seemed to make sense to him in the light of his own imperfect understanding of what those verses meant, for he thought that mere faith in Jesus and fidelity to the rite of communion, made Jesus – and therefore God – one with him.

“Development of the faculties of the soul will help man to purify his soul and enable him to reach toward the Paradise of the first parents before their fall from grace. This, however, is not the state of the soul achieved through transformation which takes place only through the efficacy of the Divine Love, which enters the soul through the workings of the Holy Spirit. Paradise, or purification of the soul, is the state of prefect natural man, but has nothing of the Divine Angel or at-Onement with the Father.”

It seems to me that, as a result of mistranslations of scritpures and the limitations of our material minds to grasp spiritual truths, we should strive to develop the perceptions of our souls, by praying for Divine Love and Faith from the Source. I feel that a persons sincere desires ‘to know the truth’ and to develop their soul in God’s Grace, will open their soul to the reception of guidance from their guardian spirits. God Loves all beloved souls, everywhere, and has created laws to help guide them toward the Light of Love. It is up to each individual person to find their own Way toward the Celestial Kingdom of God’s Divine Love. Amen

In a 1962 message from Jesus, he wrote: “…no Prophet of Israel has more importance to humankind than Jeremiah, who, in 600 BC, was so close to the Father’s will and intentions that he was able to say he had been called to become a prophet to his people. None but he, before my time, was given the insight of piercing the veil of the Father’s intentions of helping souls eradicate sin and evil through the Gift of Divine Love. Jeremiah interpreted this gift as the New Heart, through the pouring out upon humankind of God’s Spirit. What Jeremiah saw as the Great Gift of God, I fulfilled as the Messiah with the New Heart of the Father’s Love in my own soul.

“Thus it was that God’s Presence in Jeremiah’s will, as a fire in his heart, was a harbringer which showed me that the glow in my own heart, which I felt from early childhood, was the Divine Love of the Father, the very essence and nature of God. In the Gospel of John there is a declaration of the one true plan of salvation and that is: “Except a man be born again he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.” The new birth is the effect of the flowing into the human soul the Divine Love of the Father, and the disappearing of everything that tends to sin and error. As the Divine Love takes possession of the soul, sin and error disappear and the soul becomes of a quality of love. The image becomes the substance, the mortal becomes immortal and the soul of the human, as to love and hope, becomes part of the Father’s Divinity.

“Jeremiah was forced to acknowledge that there was a “presence” making itself manifest through a burning in his heart, accompanied by an overwhelming sense of righteousness. Jeremiah felt that a new covenant between God and the captives of Babylonia was in the making, wherein this new insight into the nature of God would achieve for them a New Heart. This new heart was for each human being as an individual, not as a member of a collective – each person being responsible for his own actions and entering into a personal relationship with God.”

God has written his law in every persons heart; we can know right from wrong when we seek truth with hearfelt desires to develop our souls in God’s Love qualities. Amen

From Susan Casey’s report in the Dec. 2010 issue of O magazine;

Janete Lodia, a 40 year old woman from the south of Brazil, had battled with recurring cancer. It had begun 17 years before in her knee and migrated so thoroughly into her bones that no treatment was possible. She was told to,”come back to the Casa 21 times, and you will be healed”. Janete’s commute was a 40 hour bus ride that left her nauseous and she was weak, but she followed the instructions. Eventually she began to feel well again. Three years later, however, the cancer returned with a vengence, this time in her uterus. She went back to the Casa, disappointed and upset. The Entity told her, “Don’t be unhappy, I’m going to give you the present you hope for.”

Once again, Janete followed his instructions. Six years later she became pregnant, and on April 26, 2000, her daughter Evelin was born. This would be a miraculous event for any woman who had been that sick. But the bar was even higher. In a calm and measured tone, Janete told me that she had given birth despite having previously undergone a complete hysterectomy. Janete had no tubes, no uterus. The doctors said it had to be a psychological pregnancy, but then they did an ultrasound. She was already 5 months along.

It was hard to know what to think about this story: Janete had clearly been sick and now she was well, standing in a sunny garden telling me about the impossible journey she had taken, and nothing about her seemed even remotely exaggerated or duplicitous. And yet I was being asked to believe what science would flatly deny: that a pregnancy could occur in the absence of an egg. But there was Evelin, a long legged sprite of a girl with wavy, brown hair, hugging her mother’s waist as Janete recounted her story.

There are more fantastic accounts of healings in Susan’s report. But, in my humble opinion, the most miraculous Gift God has given to all his beloved children, is their potential to receive Divine Love, the very Substance of God’s Soul. It is never forced upon anyone against their will, which means one needs to WANT to receive it and ASK for it with earnest longings of heart and soul. God’s Gift of Grace is delivered to the prayerful by the Holy Spirit. Receive your highest blessings by praying for God’s great Gift of Grace, Divine Love. Amen
