Recap:  The disciple Peter, after Jesus’ death, had the realization that the kingdom of which Jesus taught, was not to be an earthly one; then the conviction came to him in all its fullness, and he became the most powerful of all Jesus’ disciples.

“After the Pentecost, all of my disciples understood what my real mission was, and they went into the world and preached the true doctrine of my mission on earth, and the Love of the Father for His children. And the fact that His Love was waiting for all who should seek for It.

“So you see that many of my disciples were not possessed of a true conception of my mission, and were not true followers of me, in that inner sense of what the Love of the Father meant, and what I tried to  preach to them. I have on earth now many mortals who understand my teachings better, and with a greater extent of soul knowledge, than did my disciples when journeying with me through Palestine.

“But there are a great many men and women now living who do not understand my teachings even though they think they understand the Bible and the interpretations of its discourse, in accordance with the accepted doctrines of the so-called learned teachers of what it contains.

“I don’t feel that you can write more tonight, so will stop and say that you must continue to get stronger, spiritually and physically, so that we can continue our writings more rapidly and with greater satisfaction. So believe that I am Jesus, your true friend and brother, who is with you very much, trying to help you and make you happy and contented.

“With my love and prayers, I am Jesus.”

I read somewhere, in these wondeful messages, that “God came to the rescue,” when the disciples were in the upper room, 50 days after the death of Jesus, lost and afraid to go forth and continue Jesus’ mission: God poured out an abundance of His great saving grace, Divine Love, upon these beloved followers of Jesus’ teachings and example.

This great outpouring of God’s Divine Love into the souls of these disciples caused them to feel as if the room shook, but it was the power of the Love entering their souls. After they received this great inflow of God’s Grace, they were no longer afraid to go forth into the world and teach the Truths. Amen
