Books ordered from our online store are shipped directly from the manufacturer, who promises to ship your order within two business days. We will notify you in the event of any unforeseen delays. The online store currently ships only to US addresses, via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We make every effort to accurately quote shipping rates. In the event of an error, we will contact you promptly to get your approval for a revised quote.
